For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the beauty of details — the way a well-set table invites conversation, how a single flower can set the tone of a room, or how thoughtful planning transforms a moment into a memory.
As a bride myself, I discovered that planning wasn’t just about logistics — it was about vision, design, and the seamless choreography that allows couples to feel fully present on their wedding day. What began as spreadsheets and color-coded timelines quickly became a passion for creating experiences layered with style and meaning.
That passion, paired with my background in project management and operations, evolved into Carroll & Co. Weddings — a planning studio dedicated to crafting editorial, timeless celebrations with ease. My approach balances refined design with meticulous coordination, ensuring that every couple feels cared for, calm, and celebrated.
Beyond weddings, I’m a runner, wellness enthusiast, and lover of simple pleasures — long walks with my pup Millie, a glass of wine paired with a good early-2000s rom-com, and afternoons spent wandering New England’s coastal towns. These small joys are what inspire me to create celebrations that feel personal, effortless, and unforgettable.
